Learning begins with a 90 minute introductory session which explains the scientific foundations, methodology, application to various reproductive categories, how to make observations and how to keep a chart. You will gain an even deeper understanding at individualized, private follow-up sessions.

After attending an Introductory Session, women/couples who enroll in the program will then attend a series of private Follow-Up Sessions. These sessions provide professional, individualized instruction in the use of the System, as well as a complete chart review.                                                                                                                                   Scheduled at regular intervals, attendance is essential so that the woman/couple may quickly develop confidence and obtain maximum effectiveness. Typically, there are eight Follow-Up Sessions, which occur on the following schedule after attendance at an Introductory Session. Subsequent follow-ups are then recommended every six to 12 months to ensure quality care. Additional follow-ups or consultation between sessions are available should questions or need arise.
